1)Epoxy Resin (EP) Paint
Features: The EP glass paint is two component mixed paint, which is characterized by the following properties: strong adhesion (not more than Grade 1), bright and hard, scratch resistance, water resistance and ageing resistance. It can reach the qualifications without being baked. It can spray around 6 square meters per kilogram (calculated with 300-micron-thick dry paint film). Low cost and simple operation.
Scope of application: Glass fittings of cooking utensils or electrical appliances, glass washbowl, polycrystalline glass, glass wall tiles,
furniture glass, calligraphy and paintings on glass, etc.
Mix: EP solid colored paint A (White, black, red, yellow, blue, green, purple, rose red, etc.)
EP pearlescent paint A (Silver white, silver black, deep red, magical yellow, blue, golden green, crape myrtle, rose red and golden)
EP magical colored paint A (Platinum, golden, pearl red, pearl peach red, pearl red copper, pearl brilliant red, pearl purple,
pearl blue and pearl green)
EP transparent paint A (Appearance: colorless transparent)
EP curing agent B (Appearance: colorless transparent)
EP thinner (Appearance: colorless transparent)
Drying temperature: Normal temperature self-drying / Baking at 80-150℃ for 1-3h
2)Polyurethane (PU) Paint
Features: The PU glass paint is two component mixed paint, which is characterized by the following properties: strong adhesion (not more than Grade 2), bright and hard, scratch resistance, water resistance and ageing resistance. It can spray around 6 square meters per kilogram (calculated with 300-micron-thick dry paint film). Low cost and easy operation.
Scope of application: Partition glass, furniture glass, and polycrystalline glass, etc..
Mix: PU solid colored glass paint A (White, black, red, yellow, blue, green, purple, rose red, etc.)
PU transparent paint A (Appearance: colorless transparent)
PU hardener B (Appearance: colorless transparent)
Accelerant C (Appearance: colorless transparent)
Drying conditions: Normal temperature self-drying / Baking at 80-150℃ for 1-3h
